The Legal team works hand-in-hand with leaders across the company to support HopSkipDrive’s growth, innovation, and strategic initiatives. Serve as a “player coach” to develop the bench of legal talent advising the company on product, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Work with cross-functional teams to provide advice, support their objectives, and set them up for success.
Support legal operations and processes including legal systems and software, business objectives, legal documents and contracts, and reporting KPIs to establish legal efforts and performance. Implement and maintain legal-related software/tech, such as the team's use of Ironclad, Confluence, Jira, Coda, and integrating with other departments' software. Manage cross functional legal projects, maintain company-facing internal legal team page and knowledge base, and draft/update corporate policy documents.
